Terms & Warranties
Any shipping error or shortage must be reported within 5 working days.
Retail sale Items to be returned must be current line items, purchased within the last 30 days and in new condition (unopened,
unmarked and undamaged cartons). Items to be returned for credit must be in original packaging without writing on
packaging and must be returned in an overpack box. Authorization for return must be approved and assigned by
Translectric, Inc. (Return Merchandise Authorization Number -- RMA#) before any products may be returned. The
Translectric RMA# must be shown on the packing list before the return will be accepted. Returns must be made freight
pre-paid. Special order items are not returnable. Returns will be subject to a 20% restock fee.
A limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials is applicable for all products in the Product Guide. The
length of warranty varies by product. Translectric, Inc. reserves the right to repair, credit or replace warranty products at
no charge. Users are responsible for the suitability of the products to their application. There is no warranty against
damages resulting from corrosion, misapplication, improper specifications, modification of product or other operating
conditions. Translectric, Inc. is not liable for labor costs for removal, reinstallation or for damage to other equipment.
Defective parts must be returned freight pre-paid to: Translectric, Inc. 300 N. Maryland, Jackson, MO 63755 (unless
advised otherwise). Rights may vary in some states. Freight on warranty replacements will be at the customer’s expense
outside the continental U.S.
